We have create a whole new window, and our goal is to receive support tickets from two different clients.
It is the same company, but they managed it in a very particular way, so we had to set iDempiere as they needed us to. We created this two enterprise groups and after 4 months they asked us for a plan to organize all of their support tickets.
After planning and designing a Ticket System, in the middle of the test we found that it works excellent for each one of them. The tickets show the information just as planned but we can't obtain a complete list of the tickets for the company.
I have tried creating a Superuser's role without boundaries of client, but each time we see the tickets, they are separated by client and because of this they also have different ticket_documentno And we need the entire list to give them a monthly report
My question is the next one: Is there a way to unify these two clients and be seen from one window at the same time? and if it is possiblle, is there a way to make a secuence in common as a documentno?
