[RFC] Draft CLI Tool for iDempiere (idempiere-cli)

Hi all,

We're working on a draft for idempiere-cli, a Quarkus-based tool to improve the iDempiere developer experience — from first steps to build and publish.

There are already great related efforts across the community, and the idea here is to offer a single, easy-to-use and maintainable source of truth for developers.

It’s a long road until we have something truly functional, but every journey needs a starting point.

I’m in touch with Eduardo Gil, who brought great insights from Saul Piña that helped shape this initial proposal.

Ideas, feedback, and opinions are all welcome!
