ADempiere 361 Creating assets from invoice,checked assets was uncheck in acc line on save?

Hi all
I was trying to creating assets from invoices.

Creating group asset group accounting and add acounts
regards localy accounting (Acounting_RS.csv)

1) I was creating one bussines partner vendor
2) I was creating product with price

So when I was creating invoices and invoice line
I was check assets but when  was trying to SAVE
asset was uncheck

Did any trying to create assets from invoices, and is there any trick?

Are you trying to handle Fixed Assets? If so then are you using the latest 361 Final release last week which has the upgraded FA?

yes, I was trying with ADempiere 361 by Carlos Ruiz, its good and stable, and I was found manual FAM.pdf so this creating assets from invoices - step by step solution could be posible. I was jump matching invoices- that step should be neccessery.

hi ,

i tried to import a asset from CSV file and then to depreciate.
all the info in Asset window get updated but the expense(depreciation) does nt get updated .

Did u create window with reference to import_assets table, which populate automaticaly fields from column
and put this new window to menu (import assets is not enable)
or did u using completed import form Imported fixed asset i_fixed_asset_imported fixed asset?

hi,

i am using 361 with FA integration.
i tried to upload assets using a CSV file through I fixed asset temporary table.
but still encountering uploading issues.i created a upload format but data does not get pushed to temporary table.
one of my colleague working on that.
According to my understanding this are the steps to follow for a new FA implementations.

1) to upload existing Fixed assets using product interface to the instance.
2) upload assets - this is a gray area for me ( if u export data in the i fixed asset it hits ' Asset addition window'. But to add a asset in 'asset addition' window thre should be a asset id . put it different way before exporting i fixed asset data , fixed assets should be created in the instance some how. But there is no such interface to upload asset details as  a prerequisite to i fixed assets import to asset addition window

i am struggling to create a CSV file  to upload data to I fixed asset table using data loader format too.

Hi,

I am creating a new Fixed Assets by manual way.
I follow all the steps meas from crating product to whole purchase process and the also assets group and make assets.
But I don't know where I can see its effect in financial reports. It was not shown under the head of Fixed assets, rather then that its shown as Product assets.

Will you please guide me how can I make it correct way.

Hi Manan,

-last tab from assets show expenses, other reports best solution is sql with jasper reports.

over version 3.6.0 there isnt active proces org.compiere.fa.createInvoicedAsset named as A_inboundChargeAP (na A_inboundChargeGL) but exist org.idempiere.fa.process.A_Asset_CreateFromMatchInv for automaticaly creating assets and should be enable into menu placed on assets setup tree on ADempeire 3.6.1

I want to ask that, I have follow all steps for creating new fixed assets, but I cannot seen any effect in trail balance under the head of Assets, so is this technical problem..??? Or who can I get that effect under the head of Assets.

on Red's Fixed asset tutorial is explain all steps, on ADempeire 3.6.1 all working, only can't work automaticaly creating assets, process inbound charges from matched invoices not exist, theres new process but not enabled,
should you try demo from Peter Shepetko http://fina.net.ua:8080/webui/
faDemo/faDemo look at asset PC HP DX5150-Standard-1000000 and all related records
try this examples from 360 on 361 Carlos Version with read/write same settings, should work fine

Hi all,

                 For a  Asset  created an Expense in invoice(Vendor) , after complete the invoice, then run the inbound charges process, the entries are created in the asset addition window, I tried to complete the document ,but its not complete,

 Is the process done above is correct , how the entries are created in asset window
