* IDEMPIERE-6063: Customization of email sent when server starts : fix suggested by boderabbitai

* IDEMPIERE-6063: Customization of email sent when server starts : fix suggested by coderabbitai - use isHtml from mail template

* Refactor getValue to simplify property access

Refactor getValue method to use getProperty method for value retrieval.

* Should be "bean" instead of "po"
