If you want to stay on site the night before the conference, you have to coordinate it(and pay!!) directly with them.

Hi,
 
me and some other people from Germany are going to arrive in Devon on
July 2nd, that is one day before the EUDEC AGM starts.
Can anyone confirm, whether we can already camp at the conference site?
Do we need some kind of extra registration for this? What costs would be
involved?
Who else does arrive on July 2nd?
