arriving on July 2nd

Hi,

me and some other people from Germany are going to arrive in Devon on
July 2nd, that is one day before the EUDEC AGM starts.
Can anyone confirm, whether we can already camp at the conference site?
Do we need some kind of extra registration for this? What costs would be
involved?
Who else does arrive on July 2nd?

we will arrive one day earler and also was interested to camp, if it
is possible.

As far as I know if you want to stay for a night before or after the conference you have to contact the River Dart Country park privately from the conference and register for camping and pay the normal price (I don't know know how much that is, check the website www.riverdart.co.uk
