idealist win 10

My name is james. i have an urgent question so i joined this group. since 1995 i use idealist. i use the idealist in win 7. but i cannot use in in win 10. if any one know how to use in win 10, i need help. someone explain this one but it is difficult for me because i do not have i32.exe file. where can i fine the file.
