I couldn't get Wall E to copy correctly.? When I went to play the
copied dvd it skipped chapters all over the place.

What am i doing wrong, or is it a new protection that you are working
on to fix the problem

Yes, the DVD "Wall E" has a new copy protection. We've updated our
program to fix it. Please download it from
http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download/IdealDVDCopy321b.exe and try
again. To avoid wasting your blank DVD, I suggest you first copy it
the DVD to your hard drive first to check if the copied file is all
OK. If it still isn't copied correctly, please just click the icon on
the top left window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files"
menu to export all .bup files of the original DVD, we'll analyze them
and help you as soon as possible.

BTW, you may refer to http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/copy-dvd-hard-disk.htm
to learn how to copy DVD to hard drive.
