I have been using Ideal DVD Copy convertor to Ipod but today I keep
getting error messages saying :
Can't locate configuration file. Please re-installideal DVD to CIpod
Convertor to fix problem. However when I down load the file again I
keep getting the same message.

Can anyone help

I"m sorry. The problem happened because you are running our program
under a limited account. On vista system, there's a strict privilege
control. You should install every program under the administrator
account, so the configuration file of our program are located in your
administrator account. When running it under a limited account, you
will get this error message. Now, you may just right click the icon
of "Ideal DVD to iPod Converter", then choose "Run as administrator"
from the popup menu. You problem can be fixed. Or you can first log on
your windows with administrator account, then re-install our program,
all will be OK.

If your system is win2000/xp, please just re-install Ideal DVD to iPod
Converter under the current accout to fix the issue.
