Downloading

I recently bought the DVD to PSP program and have converted a video
and succefully loaded it onto my PSP and played it with no problems.
So I decided to batch a couple dvd's so I can download them later
to my PSP. They succefully downloaded onto my P/C, but when I try to
convert them to my PSP ,it will transfer the movie but the movie wont
show up on my PSP. So when I connect my PSP back to my computer it
will show its there but still wont play when disconnected.
So I went back to your site and tried to download the latest
version , thought I would of already had it when I purchased it, and
now Im going to give it a try again.
If this doesnt work then any ideas? I also DID NOT change the
resolution settings on the program or my PSP. I just changed the
volume to x2 on your program. Thank you

I guess there isnt an edit feature but I also forgot to add that I was
trying to download some older shows...Final Destination 3 ,
Slither ,and Fright Night

Sorry for my delay. Recently I'm working on our another new program
Ideal DVD to Avi Converter, so I didn't reply you in time. I found you
also emailed to our support team, have you solved your problem?

From our testing, we found the problem happened because you rename the
output file. You know every device has its specification and the
specification is various too for different firmware. PSP support both
H.264 and MPEG-4 codec. If you use H.264 profile to encode, you
shouldn't rename the output file, and it must be transferred to
"MP_ROOT\100ANV01" directory of your PSP.

If you use MPEG-4 profile which doesn't include word "H.264", if you
rename the output file, you must transfer it to the "Video" folder of
PSP. And we've just finished a beta version which you may choose the
"Video" folder to transfer. You may download it from
http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download/IdealDVD2PSP210b.exe to have a
try.

If your problem persists, please feel free to contact us and please
also export the log file for us to analyze.
