How to Buy a Farm Webinar Series Coming in November

Are you looking to buy a farm for the first time?

If so, check out the three-part webinar series entitled How to Buy a Farm that The Land Connection's Illinois FarmLink program and Land For Good are hosting on three consecutive Thursdays in November. (Land For Good is a non-profit organization in New England that has been a long-time national leader in addressing farmland access issues.)

We’ve designed the content for the first time farm buyer, who can often be overwhelmed by the many complexities of the farm buying process.  

The first webinar will be held on Thursday, November 6th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central Time.

In short, the three sessions will cover how to find farmland opportunities, the purchase process, alternatives to just using listings and traditional lenders, and insights about how to build your farm purchase team. Attendees will also hear from a number of farmers about their actual experiences.
