Happy November everyone! I wanted to reach out and share the menu for this Saturday's event. We're really excited to see you all and will be welcoming Lea Vereke to talk about her experiences with no till corn into a living alfalfa stand.

This is a family friendly event. 

  1. Mini Pulled-Pork Sliders

Shredded pork in BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese on slider buns.

 

  1. Meatballs in a Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Savory meatballs in our bourbon barbecue sauce sprinkled with fresh chives.

 

  1. Beet-Goat Cheese Crostini - V

French Baguette, goat & cream cheese spread, roasted beets, mini basil leaves, and dill.

 

  1. Smoked Salmon Crostini

French Baguette, cream cheese, smoked salmon, and dill.

 

  1. Crudité Board - VG, GF

Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Sno Peas, Assorted Bell Peppers, radishes, cucumbers, and Rosemary-Parmesan Crackers served with Pumpkin & Tahini Hummus.

 

  1. Squash Dip with Chips - V, GF

A delightful blend of ricotta and feta blended with a blend of fall squashes.

 

  1. Butternut Squash Soup Shooters - V, GF

Butternut Squash Soup served with rosemary and pepitas.

 

  1. Mini Salad - V

Caprese Salad - Butter lettuce, fresh mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, egg-free Caesar dressing, and croutons.
