Thanks for the slides. One personal concern about CV is the lack of any killer applications. I am afraid that the CV, which is not a brand new domain (maybe as old as computer graphics), would have similar situation to the computer AI. From research perspective, AI is a great domain, but lacks killer apps. Certainly, unlike AI, CV has lot of vision clue that may be much attractive to normal end-users.
