IDE64 4.1 will not see any IDE devices

Hi folks,  

IDE64 Will not see IDE devices other then the CF slot on device 12 and Device 14 USB  link to PC works also.   

I  needed an on the spot drive for my Amiga 2000 and grabbed the one off of my IDE64 and now can not get  the IDE64 to see any other IDE devices.  Zip drive, Hard Drives,  CD-Rom  even a compact Flash IDE adapter do not show up in CFSfdisk.   

Enable  device 13 or 15  as master, enable write in setup, save and exit.   Load and run CFSfdisk  and always same no device found.  It sees the CF on 12 no problem.  Same version of CFSfdisk  I  believe  but  used on the other hard drive  will confirm it is laterest version.

Any ideas would be helpful ?

Does the HDINIT command detect them?

no it HDinit  was not seeing anything.    With help of Marc Behrens though I have at least gotten it to see a zip drive and set it up.  I will work from there and with the zip it is easier to replace the main CF with a larger one too.
