Hello all!

A new version of FUSECFS is available. Changes I remember:

* better error checking and reporting
* if df is done on a partition directory it's only for that partition
* uses holes for empty file content (less disk space use)
* directories can get shorter now on file removal
* integrated Josef's fixes so it compiles without patches for win32

A lot of improvements were done under the hood but likely with not much
practical impact.

Using a best fit methodology for saving files causes fragmentation of the volume.  Is there a defrag utility?

There's no defragmenter. Usually I have a partition to collect stuff and
another for "work".

IDEDOS is using first fit for large writes and splits only if there was no fit
(partition is almost full).

Current fusecfs doesn't try to fit and it splits up writes into any small hole
that comes next. Not that good. Maybe in the next version it will do something
else.

For years I've thought about writing a defrag util for C64.... If I only had a IDE64 I may be motivated.
