Hey @skmakin, you could resolve this query by uninstalling the old version of Web-Socket emsigner. Next, install JAVA 8, 32 Bit (even if system is of 64 bit) version 141-162 on your system and then install latest Web-Socket emsigner V 2.0 from the TRACES website. Let us know if this works!
