Comment on roadmap—

1. Advance dynamic authorization: missing requisites for  fine  access control include access relevant data tagging/marking and development of digital policy. The latter also involves organizational risk assessment regarding acceptance of risk of using available attributes as proxies for ideal (sometimes abstract) legal concepts. 

2. the access control model should include authoritative attribute providers as well as aggregators and IDPs.
