Ithaca Dances of Universal Peace

Saturday, May 2nd @ 7:15pm

Foundation of Light

Please join us as we dance and sing our prayers for peace, 

and create a circle where we strengthen, uplift, inspire, and support each other.

Walking meditation and live music from 7:15-7:30pm.
Dances begin at 7:30pm.
Donations appreciated. $10-20 suggested.

Our theme for May is: Honoring Goddess Mama Earth

The Dances of Universal Peace are an interfaith spiritual practice in motion. 

Drawing on sacred phrases, songs and poetry from the world's wisdom traditions, 

the Dances blend live music, chant, and movement into a living experience of unity and peace. 

The Dances offer us an opportunity to connect with the spiritual essence within ourselves, 

and recognize it in others. There are no performers or audience; 

newcomers and experienced dancers create the circle together.
