In November, Ithaca monthly Dances of Universal Peace will be 11/11, rather than the usual first Saturday.

391 Turkey Hill Road, Ithaca
The
Dances of Universal Peace are a spiritual practice in motion. Drawing
on sacred phrases, songs and poetry from many wisdom traditions of the
earth, the Dances blend chants, live music and simple movements into a
living experience of unity and peace. We dance to create peace within
ourselves, our communities and the world. No experience is necessary;
just an open heart, willing spirit and respect for the sacred space we
create.
A $5-25 donation is requested. Please don't let lack of
funds keep you from attending.There are plenty of other ways to support
the Dances... just ask us!

Hey dear dancers,
I haven't been to the
dances in a while (busy raising little ones), but have been wanting to
get back. I'm on Nelson Road in Danby, and I'm without a car today (my
family is away with it). Are you coming from/through the Danby
neighborhood with an empty seat in your car? Just thought I'd cast a
net out to see if the universe wants me there this evening.
