Good morning,

Some of you have already submitted a registration form for this video conference, thank you.  This video conference is being presented in ASL.    

For those of you that haven't yet submitted one and would like to attend, please find the attached registration form and fill it out and email it back to me.  The video conference is available at no cost to the Idaho Falls, Gooding and Meridian sites.  

North Idaho attendees - you must still fill out the registration form for me and then also register with WSDS (Washington Sensory Disabilities Services) and pay the $60 registration fee.  At the end of the video conference you will need to send me a proof of attendance.  I will reimburse the registration fee to those that have followed the proper procedure.  I have also attached the registration form for WSDS for your quick reference.  I do not need this form sent to me, just the IESDB registration form.  

All registrations are due by end of day (5:00 PM), March 30th, 2018.
