JMicron USB to ATA/ATAPI Bridge - unmount di ubuntu dalam VBox

maaf rekans...
tolong dibantu informasi mengenai external hdd terdeteksi di VBox sbg
JMicron USB to ATA/ATAPI Bridge.
jika saya plug ke PC yang terinstal ubuntu status OK, tetapi kalau saya
saat dikantor menggunakan ubuntu via VirtualBox device ini tidak bisa ke
mounting errornya seperti ini :

$LogFile indicates unclean shutdown (0, 0) Failed to mount
'/dev/sdb1':Operation not supported Mount is denied because NTFS is
marked to be in use. Choose one action:
Choice 1: If you have windows then disconnect the external divices by
clicking on the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon in the Windows taskbar
then shutdown Windows cleanly.
Choice 2:If you don't have windows then you canuse the 'force' option
for your own responsibility. For example type on the command line: mount
-t ntfs-3g /dev/sdb1 /media/repo -o force Or add the option to the
relevant row in the /etc/fstab file: /dev/sdb1/media/repo ntfs-3g force 0 0

saya sudah lakukan berbagai cara untuk bisa mounting device tersebut
tetapi selalu gagal meski sudah di tambahkan pada VBoxnya, kalau saya
plug flasdisk lain itu bisa ke mount (sebelumnya tambahkan dulu di VBox
nya).

bro... yg choice 1 dan 2 itu dah coba dikerjain?

2 langkah tsb dah dilakuin hasil tetep unmount. pd saat run ubuntu
sbtlny ad dlm places sbg usb tetapi tak bisa browse isi dan yg kluar
adlh warning msg td, begitu critanya pak:-)...
