Koneksi VPN dan Internet

Halo rekan2 Slackware-ID,
Saya mau tanya, barusan saya mencoba menggunakan vpnc(melalui network manager) untuk terkoneksi dengan jaringan kantor. Tapi jika terhubung ke vpn, koneksi internet saya jadi mati, sehingga kalau mau browsing saya harus memakai proxy dari kantor :(. Saya lihat di /etc/resolv.conf nameserver memang bertambah dengan nameserver dari jaringan kantor, sedangkan nameserver dari isp juga tetap ada. Cara untuk tetap bisa berinternet tanpa melalui jaringan kantor bagaimana ya jika vpn tetap terhubung?

pake OPENVPN ?
kalo ga salah konfigurasi di server side nya yg harus diubah
ini saya ambil dari config default disable redirect-gateway
# If enabled, this directive will configure
# all clients to redirect their default

# and DNS lookups to go through the VPN

route -n tetap mengarah ke gateway dari router, ini saya curiga dari settingan dnsnya (CMIIW). Jaringan di rumah saya kira2 begini
modem --- mikrotik 750G --- linksys wifi router ---laptop

Ga pake OpenVPN, kantor pakenya CiscoVPN, hardwarenya kurang tau, bukan bagian saya. FYI, sebenarnya kantor terdapat 2 vpn, 1 pake nortel dan 1 cisco. Yang pake nortel ga bisa di linux :(, bisanya di M$ pake software dari apaya.
