Role: As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in architecting Adobe’s
Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) for Splunk’s digital experience. This will be a dual role of data and solutions architect for the CDP implementation.
You are an experienced Solution Architect with a proven track record of delivering large Data/BI projects who enjoys building impactful solutions from the ground up using the latest technologies.
You should be able to help us activate CDP against various channels, define data strategy and evaluate technical feasibility to activate CDP against various channels.
You should be a great teammate able to rollout next-generation data architectures working closely with Marketing Operations and other teams within our marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Define and manage the overall data architecture & strategic roadmap for CDP
Drive user adoption and deliver practical applications of the CDP through your strong technical skills
Scope and drive sound, scalable architectural solutions that deliver measurable and relevant digital experiences at scale
Identify how information and data can be used to forward the aims of CDP.
Stay up to speed with technology industry trends, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions that our team could benefit from
Identify, create, enhance internal systems, processes and services
Architect data design platform configurations and components needed to activate against various channels
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related functional field
10+ years of experience with Data warehouse, ETL, BI platforms and data modeling
2+ years of minimum experience in customer data platforms like AEP Segment, ActionIQ, etc. (preferably AEP RTCDP)
Experience with data architecture (ideally with marketing data) using batch and/or real-time ingestion
Good exposure data security/privacy best practices
Solid understanding of Software development and agile delivery Platform architecture with focus on data ingress and egress XDM & Mix-Ins (for data modeling)
Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL Data management, segmentation, ETL standard methodologies.
Scripting and query development
Data processing API, Batch. Able to us tools to build and present data relationships across solutions
Balance of business & technical acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie your solutions to program success criteria
Experience architecting & estimating deep technical custom solutions & integrations that require large data volumes & cloud environments
Industry background as data engineer, cloud architect, or enterprise data architect is preferred What Sets You Apart
Certified (AEP - RTCDP)
Experience as an enterprise technical or engineer consultant
Knowledge of data science and AI having hands-on experience is a plus
Experience in building middle-tier application layer using any programming languages (Java, Python, or Bash scripting)
Experience with Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, Pig, etc.)
