This regarding the Civil Service Exam Coaching for various competitive exams like IAS, IPS, IFS, KAS, CDS, Banking, Railways etc. to Catholic Students of Bangalore Archdiocese. The KROSS Institute for Civil Service (KICS) is an institution under the aegis of Karnataka Region Catholic Bishops' Council.
The Bishops of Karnataka have envisaged a vision to train Catholic Students who are pursuing Graduation, Post Graduation and Working Students for Civil Service Exams. So, that the students trained may enter civil service as Value Based Catholic Officers and become the hope of the Church and community.
In this regard we are starting a weekend batch from September, the classes will be held on Saturdays,Sundays and Public Holidays from Morning till Evening. The course module is designed for all competitive exams, it is a Mains - cum - Prelims course for (UPSC, KPSC, Banking, Railways,etc.). The Course is divided into Foundation Course based on NCERT Tests, Main's Course: Teaching on General Studies (UPSC & KPSC) & Descriptive Tests on GS Papers I to IV and Prelims Course: (teaching on Prelims oriented General Studies & CSAT): Objective Tests on GS and CSAT and Preliminary Test Series (Tests on GS and CSAT). The syllabus and pattern of exam for UPSC and KPSC are same.
Classes will be handled by experienced faculties from New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum etc. and also by serving and retired civil service officers.
Since, the UPSC Prelims 2014 is scheduled on 24th August 2014, civil service aspirants have enough time to prepare for CSE. Moreover, we will concentrate on KPSC and equivalent exams, so that students can appear for lower level exams and clear it, the Cabinet of Govt. of Karnataka has cleared 238 KAS posts, the KPSC can give official notification any time.

we are opening the course for all the students who belong to all faiths (Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist,etc.) only limited seats available.
