Need Volunteers for Concluding Jubilee Celebrations on 22nd September

[Indian Catholic Youth Movement -Bangalore]

Dear Friends

We need to organize VERY EFFECTIVELY a team of volunteers for the programme on the 22nd of October 2013, Sunday.

The Mass begins at 9:30 am

The Volunteers will assemble at 8:00 am Sharp at Cathedral grounds

TOMMOROW AT 5:00 PM WE NEED TO MEET WITH ALL THE LEADERS OF THE YOUTH GROUPS

We need 200 youth volunteers

To maintain Order, and security

Parking

Seating

Taking care of Liturgy and ensuring it is done orderly

Serving food to 15000 (Fifteen Thousand) people

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST COME FOR A MEETING ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21 AT 5:00 PM TO CATHEDRAL WITHOUT FAIL.

All Must be dressed in formals (White Shirt, Dark Pants and Blazers)

Saches will be given to Volunteers

Please enlist members and communicate to me how many will come from each parish by tommorow morning (Thursday)
