Hello

I'm new in bioimage informatics world and with Icy... so, I want to know if Icy have a plugin or similar for count red blood cells in a capillary photo taken with a optic microscopy (intravital microscopy)

I know that software like ImageJ can count cells in photos of confocal microscopy and others... the most of these examples that I seen was counting bacterial cells in culture... but I need count erythrocytes in a capillary, anyone have suggestions?

Dear Gonzalo,

This should be possible, it usually depends on how the images look like. Could you share one sample image here? That would help us help you ;)

Cheers
Alexandre

Hi Gonzalo,

Sorry, but the access to your file seems to be restricted… Could you double check this?

Cheers
