Hello,

I just want to highlight a little bug I noticed since I'm using "Crop sequence to ROI" bloc in a protocol.
When I have 3 channels in my original image and several ROIs inside, I use "Crop sequence to ROI" to crop the image in each ROI.
After that, I show all the crops before saving them.
Sometimes, the red and blue channel (channel 0 and 2) of the crops are inverted (so the crops are saved with inverted channels) .

Thank you.

In fact the "Crop sequence to ROI" does not preserve sequence channel information (color and name) so you have to use extras blocks (get colormap / set colormap) to do that in the meantime.
Indeed we can improve the block to preserve this data as it should do it anyway ;)

Cheers,

Okey, thank you for the information, I'll try it! :)
Of  course if it's possible I wouldn't refuse that.  :) .... but I think it's not very important since we can solve it with other blocks.

Thanks.

We are continuously improving the internals methods for better "metadata" preservation so there is some chance the block will be fixed at some point ;)

That would be great!

Thank you.
