Hi everybody!
Just a little question. Is it possible to split a Z-stack into 2 channels?
To be more clear, I often treat TIFF images with 2 channels, but when I open it with Icy, the 2 channels are juste concatenated in a Zstack.
For example, if I have a 35slices Z-stack with 2 channels, I get a 70slices Z-stack with 1 channel. The 2 channels are alternated.
Until now, I always copied my Z-stack, extract the red channel, extract the green channel, and merge them again before saving the result...It's a little bit annoying to do, and I think there may be a command or a script to do that.
