Hi everyone,
I've read somewhere (here) that it is not possible to make polygon crop. I was wondering if it is possible to restrict a thresholding process to the inside of a polygon ROI, and how ?
Thank you so much !
Cheers,
Stephane

Hi,
In fact you cannot do that directly but if you really want to do it what you can do is the following : - duplicate your image - inverse your ROI - use the "fill sequence" operation to fill the content of your inverted ROI with value 0 - then process the threshold.
Of course you can automatize the process if you need to replicate it on many images !
