Spot Detector and Colocalization Studio

When I use spot detector this throws me a number of spots, then I activate the Colocalization Studio (Method Object) showing me with rois the places that colocalize.
the question is :

As you can see in the image in red are the spots detected and the green rois are the colocalization zones, if you see the numbers only the number of spots appear but it does 
not indicate the amount of rois within the selected cell area.

There is some method that allows me to determine that "so many spots were detected, but only these number a spots are collocated"
