Hi,

I would like to estimate volume of an 3D object with an ellispoïde.

How can I do ?

Is there a tool with a coordinate systeme to draw 3 segments perpendiculare ?

Hi,

As far i know, there is no such tool.

Can you segment the 3D object ? using HK-Means plugin for instance ?

Hi,

I can't segment in an easy way.

But I have found the nice plugin of Pierre Weiss which do the work : FitEllipsoid
