Quantify fluorescence.

Hi all,

I would like to quantify GFP expression and compare it between different cells.

I have been using the corrected total cell fluorescence (CTCF) method that subtracts the Area of selected cell X Mean fluorescence of background readings from the integrated Density (detailed here: https://theolb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/imaging/measuring-cell-fluorescence-using-imagej.html).

My question is about the values given for the ROI. Is the Sum intensity the same as the integrated density and if not does anyone know how this information can be found?
