filters in track manager?

Hi,

Thanks for your great work with Icy. I have some questions about the probabilistic particle tracking plug-in:
- is it possible to select only trajectories with a certain length? It would help a lot for the display when we have a lot of short trajectories which are not interesting and also for the export.
- is there a way to make other filters using for example: the diffusion coefficient or mean velocity, track number, particle intensity etc?

Hi,

At the moment it's not possible with the trackmanager. Still, you can export the whole track and post-filter... of course it's not as good as having it ready-to-play in a track processor.

At the moment, writing a track processor needs java knowledge. I will see if I can add script feature in it.

Anyway I add it to my todo list :)
