Stack Rotation of large files

Dear all,

I would like to rotate a bloc of X: 1313 x Y:864 x Z:5600pixels

Pixel sizes are XY: 20nm, Z: 5nm

It weighs 6.2Gb and the Stack rotation tool doesn't support such large transformation.

This dataset is already binned 4times. Meaning that binning it further significantly impact my data segmentation.

If I bin it further (final binning 8) and split the stack in 2, then I manage without crashing, however I then need to do a montage of the 2 separately rotated stacks which I would prefer avoiding.

Ideally, I will apply my final registration/segmentation to the raw data. But I might have to buy a new computer for that XD

Would someone have a suggestion to me ?
