ICY Fatal Error

Hi,

I just downloaded the new version of icy, and for some reason it does not start. I have the same problem with the version from github. At the very beginning I get a NullPointerException related to an ImageJ class (see attached image). Any idea what's happening?

Hi Ricardo,

Well another user experienced this problem, for some obscure reasons he had ij.jar file located in the java library directory. Doing that will actually mess all application which include their own version of ImageJ (as Icy or Fiji).
I guess you use Mac OSX ? Just do a search for "ij.jar" file, i think you will find one in java ext directory.

By the way, do you know how that ij.jar file arrived here ? As this is not the first time a user report this problem.
