ROI conversion into an ImageJ friendly format

The HK means segmentation algorithm is the best I've found for my Z-stacked images. I want to combine it with an imageJ plugin that does excellent semi-automated counting (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-75835-7.pdf) but am unable to figure out how to transfer ROIs from ICY to imageJ. At one point I'd figured out how to use ROI to sequence (in the block protocol editor) to make a labeled image that I could convert to ROIs in ImageJ, but that does not appear to be working for me at the moment.
