Hi,

I have a assignment on hand. I have whole slide images, which are tagged with fluorescent antibodies for 4 biomarkers.

I have to count the number of cells (DAPI) and the intensity of each markers (each in different channels).

I do not have any idea on how to do this on Icy. Can I measure from multiple channels simultaneously?

This is something like comparing biomarkers in healthy vs diseased individuals.

Hi Raaghavi,

You can do that really easily, just use the HK-Means plugin to find your cells, you will obtain ROIs (Region of Interest) allowing you to quantify many thing (size, perimeter..) as well the mean intensity for each channel :)
