Track Manager input

Hi,

The Track Manager is really a nice plugin, especially with the added intensity profile tracker. However, I was wondering if it would it be possible to have different kinds of inputs than results from Spot Detector or Active Contours? Or at least allow for manual modifications in these two? In my case, cells that are touching each other are not being resolved as separate cells by neither Spot Detector nor Active Contours. It would be helpful if I could manually fix the tracks (not just glueing and cutting tracks that came out of the detection, but manually adding points to it). If this is already possible, please let me know how to do that.

Also, a more detailed documentation of the different parameters would be really helpful. I'd like to understand how I have to adjust parameters so that I get the results I am looking for.
