Hello,

I am trying to convert a video clip of cells rotation while they are moving through a micro channel. The original video only provides a view from the top, and the cells move in the channel from the left to the right. My goal is to observe the cells' rotation while they are moving through the channel from isometric projection view. Is that possible to to it in ICY. I have been using "Video Importer" plug-in to import the avi files. However, have not been able to get further process. Please help, thank you!

Dear Rex,
There is no plugin in Icy to reconstruct a 3D image based on (random) 2D views.
Best regards

Dear Thibault,

The attached images are the sceenshots of my video. The recording camera is fixed on the top, so it is not from random 2D views. Our setup has clear reference (microchannel wall), is it possible to reconstruct this 2D video to a 3D view in order to observe the roatation of the cell?
Thank you.

Dear Rex,
I have understood your problem but there is no such tools implemented in Icy. Your problem seems to share some similarities with registration and correlation methods, you may have a look at these methods and contact appropriate people.
With my very best wishes,
Thibault
