ICY and FIJI

Hi everybody,

I'm using ICY/HK-Means/Active Contours to have access to multiple ROIs (nuclei) mean intensity (in channel 0) in each frame of my stack. 

This process is so cool because all the ROIs are adjusted/adapted over time while keeping the same ID (really useful for the analysis). In my case, this essential because my cells migrate a bit between the first and the last frame of my timelapse and ROIs need to be adjusted. 

(to my knowledge, mesure adjusted ROIs through frame is not possible with FIJI).

After this step, I would like to track spots into these ROIs (in another channel, channel 1).

Because is easier with this data/picture to detect spot with "Trackmate" (FIJI) instead of "Spot Detection/Tracking" (ICY), I was wondering if in some way we can use this FIJI plugin with ICY? I already see ImageJ with some plugins in ICY but not FIJI. Adding Trackmate in ImageJ plugins is not working.

Or, does anyone know how to export tracked ROIs (determined with Active Contours) from ICY to FIJI?
