3D help

Hello!

Could anyone help me with 3D visualization of z stack in tiff format from confocal ZEISS?

I have 90 pics in the stack, 2 channels, airyscan processed and 3D visualization does not look like what I could see in ZEISS 3D visualization. Green channel is extremely weak and picky.

I would also need to calculate volume of my cells. I am pretty new to the image analysis and I need some support, I feel like a child in a fog, thus I would need guidance step after step, written in capital letters...
