Measuring length of white lines (whiskers of seals)

Hi everyone,

Would it be possible to measure the length of white lines with ICY?

Before going to learn how to use ICY and what it does I first like to ask this question here.

I have added a picture of a seals' head with her whiskers.

As a reference her head is on a grid with squares of 1x1cm.

We would like to measure the length of a couple of whiskers with ICY.

Has anyone done this before or has come across a solution for this?
