additional Icy plugins directory

is there a way to tell Icy to look for plugins in an additional directory, besides the one where Icy is installed?

This would be useful in a Linux multi-user environment where different users install different plugins in the respective home directories.

BTW, such feature is available in ImageJ. See https://imagej.net/Plugins#User-specific_plugins

Hi,

Currently that is not a supported feature in Icy which doesn't support "multi-user" environment.

I think the easiest way to handle that is to have our Icy installation so it doesn't mess with others users plugins (and workspace).

We ass eventually add support for that in future version though :)
