Hi, does anybody know of a direct way or ICY-plugin that would measure the minimum ferets diameter(see image) from an ROI?

Hi Mayank,

As far i know we don't have any plugin calculating the Feret's diameter for now. But hopefully that is something we will be able to add easily as a ROI descriptor soon.
