Add manually drawn ROIs to protocols

Hi,

This may be a very basic and simple question, but I'm struggling to add manually draw ROIs to the protocols function. I want to select specific cells and then run active contours on it to get specific ROI data. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Hi Leon,

You just need to get the ROI objects from the Sequence (see attached picture).
With this block you can get any ROIs from a Sequence :)
