Rescale ROI plugin for script

I recently discover the "Rescale ROI plugin" for polyline.  It's a nice plugin to rescale roi.
Is it available on scripts ?

Hi,
I try to use protocol to rescale it, but I don't know how to select an roi.
For example, I would like to rescale by .8 the first and 1.2 the second.
I join a protocol that permit to do it for all rois.
