Hello,
I wonder if there is a way to track separately the edges of an object over time. For example during cell division lets say that i would like to track as two different spots the edges of the cell.
Thank you in advance,
Georgios

Hello Georgios,
I guess you mean opposite side of the edge ? Basically what you need is to be able to detect 2 objects from your edge, maybe by using a edge / contour filtering. Still I've to admit i'm not really sure to understand what you want to do exactly.
Do you have an example image ? Thanks.
Best,
- Stephane

Thank you Stephane. I wanted to track overtime separately the "maximum in distance" edges of a polarized cell. speed etc.
