Dear Developers,
I am using the following protocol: Maximum Z projection batch processing, with
three channels. Everything is working fine.
At the same time, I would like to create a merge file (Red, green blue, ch0,
ch1 ch2), but the block "combine channels" has only two input
sequences.
How I can solve this problem?
A second point, is it possible to select only some slides of the Z stack?

Hi Mike,
Sorry for the late reply for this one.
In fact you can combine several "Combine channels" blocks to get if you need to merge channels from more than 3 sequence.
Also you can specify more than one channel in the "Channel(s)" parameter, just separate channel number with space.
For the Z size, you can use "Dimensions" and "Crop CZT" block together to get a sub part of the original image.
That should do the job :)
