Converting ROI to tracks

Hi, I have a kymograph. I would like to draw a line using 2D line tool and track the starting and end position of the line. Something like Kymograph tracker but with the line tool or ROIs already drawn using line tool.

any help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

I'm not really sure to understand what you want to do exactly when you say "I would like to draw a line using 2D line tool and track the starting and end position of the line", do you mean you draw several ROI lines along time then you want to track starting and ending point ?
