Define the motion parameters in ISBI Challenge tracking benchmark generator

Hello all,

For the plugin, ISBI Challenge tracking benchmark generator, now the static parameters like image size, sequence length, SNR etc could be changed. How about the moving velocity, trajectory length, intensity profiles? Where can we obtain these parameters? I know in ISBI Challenge Track Generator, it provides the function to change the motion model. How could we define our motion model (not directed or Brownian)?

Hi Jizhou,

You should try the "Particle tracking benchmark generator" plugin instead. This one give you access to the configuration file where you can change all parameters.
